• The event is open for children aged 3–10 years only.

• Race slots are subject to availability and are confirmed only after successful registration.
• Event organizers reserve the right to modify schedules due to operational or safety reasons.
• Parents/guardians are solely responsible for ensuring that their child is medically fit and physically capable of participating in the event. Children suffering from any illness, injury, or medical condition that may affect safe participation should not participate.
• By participating, parents consent to event photography and videography for promotional purposes.
• Entry fees, once paid, are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
• ⁠A valid age verification document (e.g., Aadhaar Card) must be carried for bib collection.
• Restrooms and changing rooms will be available at the venue.
• Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the venue.
• ⁠Outside food and beverages will not be permitted inside the event venue.
• By registering and allowing their child to participate, parents/guardians voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree that Taabur X WonderLab, FitBuds, Geeks At Work Private Limited, the venue, sponsors, partners, volunteers, staff, and contractors shall not be held responsible or liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, damage, disability, or death arising from participation in the event, except where caused solely by proven gross negligence or willful misconduct of the organizers, as required by applicable law.

Q. Who can participate?
Children aged 3–10 years can participate.

Q. Will parents be allowed inside the race arena?
Parents can cheer from the designated spectator area. Only event staff and participants are allowed inside the race course.

Q. What should my child wear?
Comfortable athletic clothing and sports shoes are recommended.

Q. Do children receive anything after completing the race?
Yes, every participant receives a finisher medal and a participation certificate.

Q. Are race timings fixed?
Yes. Participants must arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled race slot.

Q. Is the event safe for children?
Yes. The obstacles are age-appropriate and the event is supervised by trained staff.

Q. Can I register on the spot?
On-the-spot registrations may be available only if slots remain open. The prices for spot registrations may vary.

Q. Are there different race categories?
Yes. Children compete in age-wise categories: 3–4, 5–6, 7–8, and 9–10 years.

Q. What happens if we miss our race slot?
Missed slots cannot be guaranteed a replacement and are subject to availability.
